Downtown LA / Arts District (90021)
Our home base on E 12th Street. This neighborhood's building stock is dominated by converted early-20th-century warehouses and lofts with flat and low-slope roofs — TPO and modified bitumen are the systems we install and repair here most often, with ponding water and aging membrane seams the most common problems we find.
Fashion District
Dense commercial and mixed-use buildings just west of the Arts District, many with older flat roofing that's due for membrane replacement. We work with property managers here on scheduling that minimizes disruption to ground-floor retail and showroom tenants.
Historic Core
